Bean Bag Animal Bed You Need: 58 Craft Sticks 6 Jumbo Craft Sticks 60 Mini Craft Sticks 2 Large Heart Woodsies 4 Medium Heart Woodsies Paint or Paint Markers Tacky Glue Low Temp Glue Gun 1/2 Yard of Fabric 1/4 Yard of 1/2" Polyester Fiberfill Instructions:
Line up 30 half craft sticks. Tacky glue four craft sticks sideways on top of the half craft sticks to secure.This will make one side of the bed. Make another for the other side of the bed.
Line up 30 craft sticks. Tacky glue four craft sticks sideways on top of the craft sticks to secure.This will make the top of the bed.
Line up 12 craft sticks. Tacky glue two craft sticks sideways on top of the craft sticks to secure. Positioning one craft stick just below 2˝" from the bottom will give you a ledge to support the top. This will make the foot of the bed.
Lay out 6 jumbo craft sticks as shown in the picture at the right. Tacky glue two craft sticks sideways on top of the craft sticks to secure. Positioning one craft stick just below 2˝" from the bottom will give you a ledge to support the top. This will make the head of the bed.
Use glue gun to assemble bed. Make sure the supporting sideways craft sticks face inside Paint large heart reds and medium hearts pink. Glue to bed head and foot and shown in the photo above. Cut a piece of 1/2" fiberfill to fit bed for a mattress. Cover the fiberfill with fabric. The easiest way is to wrap it like a present using tacky glue to secure it. Make a pillow the same way.
