Paint wooden blank gold. Let dry. Print photo(s) from 911. Use a
collage of several photos or choose just one. Spray with fixative to keep ink from
running. Let dry. Trim and arrange photos for both sides of wooden chime. Apply a layer of
decoupage solution to wind chime. Lay photos in place and spread another layer of
decoupage solution over photos. Repeat for other side. Apply several layers, letting dry
between coats. Add words such as "NEVER FORGET" using a paint marker.
