You Need:

Ball Point Pen
Wire-Free Chenille
Tacky Glue or Low Temp Glue Gun
Wiggle Eyes -- 10mm
Turkey Feathers

Instructions:

Using as little glue as possible, place a very thin bead of glue near the tip of the pen and up about 1" on to the barrel. Starting near the tip, wrap two colors of wire-free chenille tightly around pen without leaving any gaps. Add more glue as you go. When you reach the end, trim and secure with a little dab of glue. Glue a pair of wiggle eyes to the top of one side and some feathers to the other.
