your friends a really like. There's nothing mean about this slam book. Just lots of
fun!

need:Slam Book Inside Pages
Two Sheets of Black Craft
Foam
Scraps of Yellow, Orange,
and Hot Pink Craft Foam
Retro Foamie Stickers
Feather
Boa
Tacky Glue
Scissors
Stapler
Plain Paper
Instructions:
Print about a dozen Slam
Book Inside Pages. Cut out the part with the numbers and the lines and paste each one
onto a blank sheet of paper leaving room at the top for the heading. Decide your category
headings and write one on the top of each page. Here are the headings we chose:
Name
Best Friend
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Favorite CD
What kind of pets do you have?
What did you eat for breakfast?
Hobbies
Where would you like to go on vacation?
Favorite Color
Where was you last birthday party?
Where would you like your next birthday party?
If you could pick your name, what name would you pick?
Make a booklet by stapling the
sheets on the left hand side between two pieces of black craft foam.
Print SLAM BOOK Pattern. Staple the letters onto scraps of craft
foam, stapling around the outside edges of each letter. Cut out. Arrange on the cover and
glue in place. Decorate the cover with foamie stickers. Cut a 12" piece of boa and
glue on the left hand side to cover the staples.
To use your book, have your friends write in their answers
making sure to use the same numbered line on each page.
Why is it called a Slam Book? Because you won't be able to
resist bringing your book to school and you'll have to "slam" it closed when the
teacher walks by your desk.
