Luau Wind Sock
Fun and easy. Just right for camp or parties. 

You Need:

• Luau Kit (makes 12)
• School Scissors
• Tacky Glue

Instructions:

Note: a brass fastener is used by pushing it through the layered foam, separating the prongs and bending them outward in opposite directions.

Form craft foam sheet into a tube. Use four brass fasteners to secure the top and bottom of the seam leaving space in the middle. Stack two of the Hawaiian foamie flowers together and use a brass fastener to secure it to space left at the seam. Decorate with another 10 of the Hawaiian foamie flowers stacking two together and securing them into the foam tube with brass fasteners. Cut a 12" piece of a vinyl streamer. Glue ends to the opposite sides of the inside top for a hanger. Cut three streamers 2' each. Glue to the inside hanging from the bottom.
