Break the points off toothpicks. Trim. Use a glue
gun to attach one to each side of the clothespin for arms. Cut 1/4"
x 4" pieces of rigid wrap. Dip a strip in the bowl of water and
wrap around the clothespin. Continue dipping and applying strips, smoothing the plaster
strips with wet fingers. Cover the clothespin completely working a jewelry
craft pin into the back.
Let dry completely, microwaving if necessary. Glue on wiggle eyes.
